Loving and reliable dog walking, puppy care, and
pet-sitting in your home. A dedicated Petaholics staff member
will stay with your pet in his natural environment. Your pet
will be showered with love and spoiling. Most of our walks occur between 9am-5pm. However if you have to work late we can do an extra walk from time to time.
We mainly do private on-on-on walks but occasionally two neighbors will want a little company for their pooch and depending on time
of day and location this is possible. We match the dogs by speed,size and only if they are dog friendly.
We are insured and bonded for your safety and our employees are fully covered under our policies.
Our employees will leave a detailed daily report after each visit of their time together.
In the event that your walker is sick or out another one of our employees would fill-in to take care of your pet.
We are now covering Brooklyn on a limited basis- doorman buildings only in the neighborhoods of
Brooklyn Heights, Greenpoint,Dumbo, williamsburg, park slope, fort greene, cobble hill.
We service most of Manhattan Starting at 96th street on the Upper East, and 125th on the Upper West Side side going south.
These areas we only cover for petsitting- Tribeca, Battery Park City, and Lower East side.

HOTEL CONCIERGES WE CANNOT ACCOMODATE SAME DAY REQUESTS AND NEED TO KNOW HOW MANY WALKS, WHAT TIME OF DAY, FOR HOW LONG, HOW MANY DOGS AND WHAT BREED YOUR GUESTS DOG(S) ARE. IN ADDITION YOUR GUESTS WILL NEED TO FILL OUT PAPERWORK WHICH NEEDS TO BE SIGNED AND FAXED BACK TO US BEFORE ANY SERVICES CAN BEGIN INCLUDING THEIR CREDIT CARD INFO FOR BILLING PURPOSES.
We ask you to please ask your hotel guest this information before calling us as we cannot tell you if we can do the requested service without this info.
Consultation:
Prior to starting service we provide a free in-home consultation for you and
your pet.
Subsequent consultations are
available to discuss pet-behavior issues; add new pets; change routines
or any other pet-related issue at the pro-rated rate of $32.00 an hour.
Walking Rates: We require a 4 day per week minimum for new clients.
- 15 minute visit- $14, this is option is meant for a quick relief walk for your dog. It will allow for about an 8-9 minute walk/outside time only.
- 30 minutes - $18
- 1 hour - $28
- Night/Morning/Weekend walks before 9am and after 5pm- $8 extra
- Holidays - $10 extra per visit on holidays.
Dog Running:

Dog Running - $30 per half hour, $40 per 45 minutes - These are specially tailored visits for the overweight canine who through a gradual mix of walking,jogging, and running can help become a healthier and more active pet who will see his/her life span increase
Exercise will help keep your dog happy, healthy, limit or stop any weight gain, help calm a dog with aggression, great for sporting breeds (who can run 20 miles per day).
Note: Applicable sales tax of 8.375% not included in rates. Walks never consist of
more than 2-3 dogs. WE DO NOT PACK WALK.
Puppy Pilot Program:
Puppies have additional needs on top of exercise and relief, they need to learn how to behave and what is expected of them as well as proper socialization and reinforcement of postive behaviors. Our puppy pilot program will help
your puppy indoors at first both providing plenty of love and attention in your absence, keeping to your feeding schedule and reinforcing any training you are doing be it through a crate, wee wee pads etc..
We will work with you/your vet and/or your trainer to make sure your puppy is on track to grow up into a healthy,happy, well socialized adult.
Since your puppy will need extra care we suggest two visits per day of a minimum of 1/2hr-1 hr, we will come between 10am and noon for the first visit and 1pm and 4pm for the 2nd visit.
Puppy Program
- 1/2 hr puppy play-$25
- 1 hour puppy play-$35
- Trips to the vet-$25 one way, $50 roundtrip
Walk and Train:
For the young puppy or adult dog who needs to work on manners on their walks. We will work on basic obedience with mild to heavy distractions
sit,stay,down,come,heel, leave it, go to place, etc..
- 30 minutes - $25 (Add 50% per dog)
- 1 hour - $35 (Add 50% per dog)
- Night/Morning walks after 7pm or before 9am - $5 extra
- Holidays - $5 extra for dog walking, $20 extra for overnight pet sitting
Cat Sitting :
We come in, give your kitties fresh food and water, scoop the litter and play with them, if they are hiding we will do a peekaboo and make sure they are ok.
- 15 minute - $18
This is to feed cats and clean litter, time will not allow for us to play with cats in this option.
- 30 minutes - $25
- 1 hour- $35
For the cat that need a lot of attention.
We require a minimum of one visit per day and are unable to offer every other day visits.
Overnight Dog Sitting :
We stay in your home with your dogs, your dogs stay in their natural environment.
- $70 per night, $30 dollars extra per dog per night.
Add 20 per night on holidays, this includes the night before christmas.
Hotel Sitting:
We can spend time in the room with your dog while you are out at a broadway show, dinner or the yankee game.
This service is mainly availalbe from 5pm on, if you need earlier ask us and we will see if we have anyone available.
Please call us before you arrive as we cannot book last minute requests for this service.
Additional Services & Rates:
- Pickup/dropoff of keys -$10
- Litter Box Change - $10
A diligent staff member will wash and dry the box plus replace clay.
- Play Date/Day Care - $25/hr
Stuck at work, arrange for a play date for your pet (2hr minimum).
- Giving Medication:
$7 for pills/ointments
$11 for injections
- There is a $8.00 per visit fee added to all service occurring on
non-holiday weekends.

- Emergency key lockout $25- if you lock yourself out we can come by to let you in.
2008 Holiday Schedule:
* Book early for the period between Thanksgiving to New Year's
Holiday Season.We generally book major holiday no earlier than month in advance.
For example we dont start booking christimas till after thanksgiving.
As early as 4 weeks before we can take your reservation and dates down
but do not yet know our staff schedules until closer to the holiday.
When a holiday falls on a friday or monday we include the whole weekend as a holiday.

Should you require a regularly scheduled midday walk on any of the above
Holidays, please schedule in advance. You will be assessed $10.00 visit
Holiday fee.

All visits are approximately 1/2 hour unless otherwise noted.
All services are based on availability, calling ahead is the best way to
guarantee your service!

Any service requested at the last minute will incur 'rush booking fees.'
- Last minute appointment w/ Key on File (fewer than 48 biz hours) -

- Last minute with no key on file - $30.00 (Includes key pickup fee
- 48 hours or less notice with no key on file and non-doorman apartment =$30
( includes $10 kep pickup fee)
- 48 hours or less notice with key on file or doorman building= $20
- Same day request= $10 surcharge.
Payment Policy:
Credit card (Visa/Mastercard) is accepted.
Holidays - 50% deposit required reserving your time before departure.
Cancellations
must be made 24 hours in advance or standard fees will be charged. You
must confirm by phone or email. Do not just leave a message. Please see our Cancellation Policy for details.
Note: If holidays fall on Fridays or Monday then Saturday
& Sunday will be charged at holiday rates. Check return policy -
$35 service fee. Prices are non-negotiable.
Unpaid Balances:
Any unpaid balances are due 10 (ten) days from receipt of invoice and will
accrue a $10 late payment fee every 12 days.
Scheduling:
Sitters' schedules are each weekend for the week. Should your schedule
change, please contact (866) 910-5430 as soon as convienently possible.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Credits:
We adhere to a strict policy of NO OVERBOOKING. Therefore, once you have
contracted services, we will turn away business in order to accommodate
your schedule.
24 business hours notice is required to guarantee schedule changes and
receive credit for unused service. Cancellation fees may be imposed for
repeated cancellations.
If a sitter arrives for your visit and you determine you do not want a
visit, or your pet is not there, you will be charged for your regular
visit, and Petaholics, LLC reserves the right to charge a cancellation
fee.
Cancellation fees are strictly imposed during Holiday periods. During
Holidays (as listed below) you must allow 7 days cancellation notice is required from 1st day of booking, entire trip is non-refundable if not 7 days notice.
